Elizabeth Moradi, Director of Event Success & Amazing Experiences

Elizabeth Moradi is an accomplished event designer and coordinator who holds a Masters in Business from Pepperdine University. Raised in Southern California, Elizabeth is a mother of two and has a strong background in the film industry. Working for companies like NBC Universal and Lionsgate, Elizabeth not only gained first hand experience in theatre bookings and sales, but also working press junkets, large movie premieres and after party events. She transitioned out of the corporate world when she had kids, and pivoted her career toward entrepreneurship.

With years of experience running her own event production company, she has successfully served clients like Amazon, Mastros Steakhouse, and various Bravo network cast members.

JESSE TORRES, Executive Chef & Director of Culinary Excellence

Chef Jesse Torres is a seasoned culinary professional with over twelve years of industry experience. His culinary journey began humbly working in his parents’ restaurants, and gaining experience as the Executive Chef at Los Robles Greens Golf Course until landing his dream position at ECASA Events. Chef Torres's culinary style is a fusion of New American cuisine, incorporating elements of classic French techniques and his native Latin flavors from Mexico. Chef Torres specializes in crafting unique menus tailored to each event, offering a refreshing departure from repetitive offerings.

What sets Chef Torres apart is his constant drive for self-improvement. He continuously challenges himself and his kitchen staff to surpass expectations in menu preparation, kitchen cleanliness, food quality, and overall performance. Beyond the realm of the culinary world, Chef Torres embodies a holistic approach to life. His commitment to fitness, nutrition, and menu creativity distinguishes him from the traditional mold of an Executive Chef. Additionally, his meticulous attention to detail is reflected in the captivating presentation of his dishes, showcasing beautiful plating, artistic garnishes, and decorative accents.
